I think this location depends on who takes care of you. I just got my card and I had a very nice, helpful, patient young lady who took time to explain things since this was my first time. She needed to leave so she handed me off to a guy who obviously didn’t want to be there, hadn’t taken his meds, just didn’t care or all the above! He gave me my total which I then had to ask if that was with the 1st patient discount…he then said no because he wasn’t told, then (again my first time) I said I didn’t realize how much it would be and I wanted to add something since I was still within my budget and he says “hurry up there’s a line forming” huh??? So I paid for what I had and left. Will NOT be back lots of dispos I can try that hopefully have better customer service!
