Definitely a friendly place.
It’s more of a friendly situation in my opinion than quality, there’s much more quality options for the same price. Always seedy/dry/under weight, and definitely not worth it to me. I know plenty who loves the place due to personal relationships with staff but as a traveling smoker I don’t recommend it as 5 star.
