Disappointed in customer service.

Every time I try the Stizzy brand pre-rolls they are such a disappointment. Bought 2/$20 tonight and neither one smoked properly which ended up wasting most of the kief. I should have known better then to get sold on the sale product. The pre-roll supply was low on affordable infused ones.
