I had a great experience, customer service was very awesome. Everyone was friendly in assisting me and making sure I got my order. Easy to contact if I have any questions, and keeps me up to date every step of the way.

Where do I even begin, I just got this yesterday and it is basically 3/4 empty. The wax is literally coming up every time you smoke. The amount of wax I've had to wipe away is almost half of the product. It gets stuck and clogged and in your literally sucking the wax out and then have to wipe it away and get as much of it as you can out before trying to hit it again to get some actual smoke. At this point I'm literally just inhaling wax that hasn't been vaporized into smoke yet. Highly recommend against this product, it is a waste of time and money. I will not be getting anything from this brand again 👏🏾! It would literally be zero stars if I was allowed to do that!
