I'm so sorry that you had a problem with your Crookies and bubble hash. We are always willing to figure out what is wrong and make it right for customers. The bubble hash, we keep them in small glass child resistant containers and each one should have a powdery consistency, finer than kief- if it was anything less - please bring it in to show us, we would love to replace it for you! As for the Crookies, that is such a surprising bummer! We would be more than happy to figure out a different strain that will work better for your needs.
