I was very satisfied with my most recent purchase from Catalyst in Santa Ana. I went for some Mountain Man Melts and the whole experience was great. Everything from their menu to the process of placing the order and going to pick it up was seamless. I appreciate you all and will be back in the near future!

I have been coming to the Jungle Boys OC location for a couple years now and it’s always been a great experience. Over the past 6 to 8 months I’ve become pretty familiarized with the staff that works here. I enjoy my interactions with cats like Robert who always greet me with a smile and a genuine “how’s your day going?” Today, I came in to pick up some of their live rosin disposables and Cindy (the cute girl who wears those dope glasses) came by while I was being taken care of by one of her coworkers and told me that they had one strawberry papaya fumes left (which is my favorite strain that they have released thus far) and it wasn’t even on their Weedmaps page. It’s interactions like these that make the trip from Mission Viejo 100% worth it. Cindy, you’re a legend and I appreciate you taking the time out of your day to let me know that you had one left of my favorite strain.!! ❤️

I was very pleased with my shopping experience but the products I purchased were very subpar.

I placed an online order for pickup earlier today and I just got home and found that I accidentally ordered the wrong items. I called JadeRoom to inquire about if they offered an exchange for the items. The girl who answered my call (Celeste) placed me on a brief hold, she came back and informed me that she relayed my message to her boss and that they were going to have a delivery driver come to my house tonight to exchange my items!!!! I’m beyond satisfied with my experience of getting my goods from JadeRoom and Celeste has a great sense of customer service, she was very understanding of MY MISTAKE and she helped to resolve this situation! 🙏🏼❤️
