I had been going to Jova for many years and this was my go to spot since they opened earlier than the other two dispensaries I frequent. I will not be going back to this establishment after my last experience there. The budtenders are very nice but not all are knowledgeable of the products. The website is not the easiest to navigate when it comes to high testing pre- rolls and this is something I asked staff about previously and they never mentioned a special collection until I had to speak to management and they explained it to me. Out of the other dispensaries I visit this one price wise is one of the highest and hey don’t offer additional discount’s for medical patients like the other dispensaries do. My favorite is Revolution Releaf and they have amazing prices. Also they have no security at this location although Jova has armed security and I could have swore no guns at dispensary supposed to happen but it does make me uncomfortable. Jova time to step your game up sorry!

I love the customer service and the atmosphere since the remodeled. The pick up window also helps a lot.
