I mix this with sweet almond oil and apply it topically. I have rheumatoid arthritis and lupus. It helps any joint pain almost instantly. It works FANTASTICALLY. Applied topically this way it doesn't give you any psychoactive effects, but does reduce or eliminate pain for many hours.

I got my recommendation a bit over two years ago. Aside from my parents regularly using when I grew up I had zero knowledge or experience with cannabis. I have gone to several dispensaries in the Sacramento area. This one is hands down my favorite. I am always treated kindly and never rushed out and they always help me finding strains and products for my medical issues. I find this dispensary to have a lot more CBD products than others and to be more focused and knowledgeable about medical issues and canabis to treat them. I have never had any kind of negative experice. I went once after July 1 and there was nothing I needed. I have faith things will be stocked up again soon with the new labeling compliant products. There is another dispensary right by my house in South Land Park but I make a trip to this one as I really prefer it. Thanks!
