This place is great I'm always greeted when I come to the door the staff is very nice friendly and helpful there's a menu of flowers on a big flat screen right when you walk in the back couple of couches so you don't have to just be standing there waiting they have a wide variety of edibles concentrates and flowers this place is my go-to spot in this area of San Jose it's not just the prices it's the quality of medication and the great customer service that keeps me coming back

Man where do I start first before you even walk in the door they take your ID and your recommendation then once you enter the building they have you empty your pockets and you go through a metal detector after that you could sit in the waiting room and watching TV with no sound while music is playing then after about 10 to 15 minutes you have to go back in the back where I was given a pack of papers as my first time being there over I got to say that the customer service needs very much improvement but the quality of medication I guess supersedes that some people so they put customer service over medicine doesn't make any sense there isn't any compassion
