Beware, they used the COVID 19 as an excuse to change their policies. They no longer offer the discounts to medical or locals, except on certain days and also lowered the discount. To top it all off, they doubled the point system, not in our favor but theirs. I have been a faithful customer for several years and will now look for a better shop that's not trying to rip off their long term medical patients. I will no longer be returning to this shop.

Had to break down and get delivery the other day and chose showgrow. I am very happy that I did! I called to check on a few things and they were very friendly and helpful, my delivery came quicker than I expected. I will definitely be shopping here again and again.

The cute short young lady at the counter helped me and was very nice. She's just pleased a pissed off customer that had a not so pleasant experience earlier with them. I was considering never coming back, but she was so kind and pleasant that i will return, however it will not be anytime soon as i do not care for the new management. 3 times in a row that i have not had the level of service or quality bud tenders that they used to have. It feels pushy and very much like a tourist trap now. Prices are so, so... So you better find a better Management team soon or risk losing the local crowd.

Love this shop! The Underground is great, if you have time to shop. I like to pop in and out with my product, they are happy to help and always full of information. Would love a line or better process for Medical Patients, being how large the shop is. But, they recently changed their medical items down to recreational. Great prices on everything! It really is, I've shopped around at many shops. Both medical and rec, the staff is amazing. The prices are great, especially if you're medical. They offer discounts for medical and have a great rewards program. First time patient deals also. The quality of the buds is through the roof, seems like they always have plenty in stock. This is my favorite shop now. Stop searching and go to Blackjack Collective. You'll be glad you listened to hereinvegas. But now I'm high. High hereinvegas. The staff is awesome, knowledgeable and friendly.
