I Came from California and to my fault was expecting friendly, informative, budtending service. I was heavily let down by employees who looked like they didn’t want to be there. My boyfriend and I had a lady with black hair in the later evening shift and she was super rude! Really misleading price tags and categories, online prices do not match inside. They said my total was one amount, explained the card fee and I still ended up paying an extra $20 outside of card fees than anticipated compared to online prices.

I am from California and our stuff is a lot different than here but I spoke with Freedom over the phone and was MORE than just informed about everything here :) he explained everything patiently and throughly while giving his best recommendation. Customer service is 100/10
