I live very close by and was so happy when this place was going to open up. I have gone numerous times walking there from my house and loved that they gave the neighbor/transport discount of 10%, (as I walk in every time). Tonight I went in and they informed they reduced it to 5% at checkout, and also said how many others were upset about this. It's pretty ridiculous to offer this discount to the neighborhood frequent visitors that spend a lot of money and reduce it all of a sudden when people plan for this going in. The budtenders I would give 5 stars, especially Mikey in specific. As far as who made this decision and who is calling the shots is the reason for the 1 star. Plenty of other good dispensaries very close by to shop at. It's a bummer because I loved going to this place and the budtenders were always awesome. Especially when everything I saved from the discounts went straight into the tip jar.. Go elsewhere even if you have to drive, get more or better product for your $.

I’ve been going to this location for over a year now, I love the products. Unfortunately the staff has been rude the last few times I’ve went in like they either don’t like their job anymore, or are annoyed having a customer. It’s mainly the male bud tenders especially one with longer hair that’s worked there for awhile specifically. It sucks because I love the prices and selection, but it’s not worth it to drive downtown for me to get treated like that. They were super nice in the beginning and very helpful, not sure what changed over time. The alameda and Louisville locations, or even other dispensaries in general have way nicer staff.
