Why is the staff always so amazing? Thanks for being fantastic!!

Fantastic staff, great selection of flower! Excited to see what comes of Tropicana Bliss. As a true medical patient I appreciate the care to the medical patients. Please do not go rec!

Favorite dispensary in Colorado Springs for customer service. Been a member here for three years now and I wouldn’t sign over anywhere else.

I take my time looking for a good deal for my weed so that I am making good financial decisions when I need flower. To spend the time looking then drive over to your establishment only to be told we don’t have that, we don’t have anything at that price point, to be questioned if I am looking at the correct location (like someone does not know how to tell the difference between Pueblo and Colorado Springs.) incredibly awful customer service, so not honor their own Weedmaps pricing. Really really disappointed in a company that used to be one of the best! I’d attach the screenshot of their proxies which do in fact show the pricing they refuse to honor. SUSPICIOUS BEYOND BELIEFS.

Called them to verify a posted special, they said oh yeah we still honor that. Get in the store to be told oh no we don’t, I hear the conversation and you are lying! Wrong dude! I have worked in the industry longer than you, you badge number is new!, and you should never ever tell someone about to hand you $100 they are lying. You just lost your sale and you will NEVER have another purchase from me. Which sucks for y’all since I know your owners, and I’ve been a member with you for 6 years. Staff at river rock south is full of liars and newbies that don’t know a thing about cannabis or the community. JOKE! TRASH!
