Honor has been my go to for truly the experience of medicinal cannabis used for pain and depression and anxiety. I am off pharmaceuticals and the honor roll customer service is great. Please don't slip on that area of professionalism I really appreciate.

There have been a few times the menu does not update what Honors inventory reflects. So when a certain strain I am seeking since I research everything is actually not available. The agent that calls always makes great suggestions. And I greatly appreciate it. I'd actually like more of their suggestions. But it's hard when you shop online. So thank you for your excellent customer service.

Recently I wanted a specific brand of vape that honor was out of. Very disappointed and truly did NOT WANT to have to use another service or go to a storefront. But I could NOT wait since it was a strain needed specifically for medicinal specifics for ASAP relief. I received the product and had a pleasant experience. But the inventory was low and besides what I needed, Honor was waaaaayyyyy better and variety and prices sooooo ahead of this other "ok" establishment. Regardless, the next order from Honor was familiar, easy to navigate and customer sevice always pleasant, professional and good with their guestimate ETA time. Also any mishap or return has NEVER been an issue since its always a mistake that could easily be fixed. I hope they will remain consistent in their "excellence".

I know I have the option of returning to storefront dispensaries. But with the recent tampering of other substances present in cannabis. I am weary.
