ordered right at opening and it still took 2.5 hours. all eta’s provided were incorrect. will not be ordering again.

sent the zelle for my order and showed confirmation to the driver, but he is “waiting on confirmation” and im standing outside in the cold, refusing to give me my product and they are saying they did not receive it. sounds like they are going to steal my money, great. also waited almost 4 hours from the time the delivery was placed.

placed an order with the understanding delivery would take 30-60 minutes, according to their page on weedmaps. i paid for my order and didn’t hear anything for almost an hour, and the rep on the phone tells me his texts aren’t working, i asked why he didn’t call me and i didn’t really get an answer. he then tells me it’ll be an additional hour and a half until my order arrives ‘because of the rain’… LOL. then i get a text around 6 saying it won’t come until 7:30. i call to ask why, and the guy on the phone got flustered because ‘they’re so behind’ and canceled my order. noooo thank you, never again!

just got my order delivered by aidan w- he was awesome, soo sweet and patient!! first time ordering from here and was blown away by delivery speed, customer service, and the sweetest employees!! loved their diverse menu with unbeatable prices. i’ll be back soon!!!

i love this delivery service so much. it’s a small business, but their delivery times are faster than any i’ve tried in the east bay. the menu has enough to get what you need, they care so much about their customers and the quality of the products on the menu. give them a shot- you won’t regret it!!!!

they sent me a message saying ‘we are taking extra care to pack the right stuff blah blah’ and then get pre rolls instead of carts… one is in a rectangular cardboard packing, one is in a glass circular tube…. how hard is it?????? update: if they actually bring the right product this time, it will have taken TWO HOURS TO BRING THE CORRECT PRODUCT. unless you have 5 hours to spare, ORDER FROM SOMEONE ELSE!!!!

i placed an order at the address i wanted the product delivered to, and after seeing their confirmation text to the wrong address, they told me my eta was 7:15. it is now almost 8pm, and the thing customer service did was blame ME for them not looking at the order closely. awful awful awful

such a waste of time. you can hear how disorganized they are while you’re waiting for your stuff in the waiting room, i heard them struggle to get my 8 1/8ths together for 20 minutes after waiting an additional 20 outside. go to the other shop up the street, seems like they have their stuff together. i’m still waiting as i write this, so ridiculous.
