CRITICAL WARNING FOR MEDICAL PATIENTS: Blatant product fraud, bait-and-switch tagging, and corporate evasion at this location. Online order for one product when picking up it was double tagged. Yesterday, I saw it in stock online, placed an order, and went to the store to pick it up.When the budtender handed me the package, I noticed a second label hidden directly underneath the top tag. The budtender lied straight to my face, claiming the inventory team "just messed up the tag" but that it was definitively Eastside O.G. He then condescendingly lectured me on plant anatomy, claiming the visual difference was just "top buds versus popcorn buds. When I got to my car, I peeled back the top sticker. Hidden underneath was a tag explicitly stating that the product was actually Eastside Gummies--an entirely different sweet/candy hybrid strain with completely different lineage, genetics. Been attempting to get this fix but they rejected a refund or a switch for a better product.
