dang, just left Rose after a really bad customer service experience. i was sold a vape cartridge from Rose a couple weeks ago, and was told the cartridge was the last of the batch. i decided to get it anyway, since the budtender assured me there would be no issues with quality or potency. i tried using the cartridge several times with my vape pen, and got very small hits, and sometimes no hits at all. being that i was out of town at that point, i was not able to bring it back right away, so i kept trying to eek out little hits, which were barely satisfying. at first i thought my pen wasn't working, but when i put a new cartridge on it, the pen was working perfectly fine. process of elimination tells me that cartridge was faulty. i got back into town this morning and went right to Rose to try and exchange the cartridge, but was told by a different budtender that Rose would not be able to exchange since i had already "used" most of the oil, and incidentally the cartridge was registering properly on Rose's vape-reading machine (apparently that's a thing). the budtender basically told me Rose wouldn't exchange because of this, inferring that i was lying and only out to get free bud. the budtender told me he could give me a discount on another vape, but honestly, why would i spend any more of my $ on a cartridge that may or may not work, especially since Rose was not willing to take responsibility for selling me a faulty cartridge? had i been in town, i would have brought it back sooner, but that was not an option for me. i left Rose feeling very angry and dissatisfied. collectives make boatloads of money, especially this one, and the fact that they cant take responsibility for a faulty product, and even attempted to put the responsibility on me for not bringing it back sooner, makes me wonder how much Rose really cares about its patients. i certainly will not be frequenting this collective again, and can't wait for VBCC to open its doors later this week. i know the budtenders over there would never do me dirty like that, especially since they know that i truly do use medical marijuana for the treatment of my disability and they have never tried to nickel and dime me by selling poorly functioning products, only to put the blame on the customer. FUCK!
