I recently experienced a bit of a hiccup with a defective cartridge I purchased. However, I've got to give props to the manager who stepped up and sorted things out. He pointed me towards a Cold Fire cart, and honestly, it's been fantastic - truly lives up to its name! A bit of a rocky start, but ended up pretty satisfied with the outcome and the recommendation.
