Came completely empty and dispensary has not reached back out

I will be avoiding the dispensary as best I can. I ordered an oz and a curebar 2.0 and while they didnt have the Oz I ordered they replaced it with a slightly better one. My main issue is my curebar was completely empty when I opened it the next day after finishing my old one. There was wax all over the bottom of it. I called them several times and my calls kept being declined as they would ring for a different amount each time. I sent them an email as well with pictures and still have not heard anything. I would have rather burned the $40 for the curebar at this point
