I've gone in this place 3 times after looking at the menu on this app. They never seem to have the things I'm looking for but have a suggestion for something that just happens to cost more. I could live with this if each time I didn't get home to find their suggestions dry, harsh smoking and generally lacking in the desired effect. Would not recommend.

Very disappointed, bought one of these a few days ago. Tastes and smells like burnt plastic, left that taste in my mouth for 15 minutes or so, nasty. Had very nice flower from this company several times, not buying any more carts from them.

So this place ran an ad in Culture for their grand opening give away. Spend $20 get a free 1/8th of Platinum OG Kush! I've been to a few of these kind of things and it usually worked out pretty good. So I get there about 20 minutes before opening and the line was pretty short but it was still a pain in the ass finding parking, I ended up two blocks away. This was a Sunday, so it's possible that the parking situation might be different on a different day but on this day, it sucked. When I finally got in, the bud tenders were nice and helpful even though they were very busy. I smelled some jars of bud and bought two different grams of what looked and smelled like some fire and got my free eighth. I left feeling pretty stoked about getting 5.5 grams for $20 and an hour standing in line in the sun. When I got home, it was pure disappointment. The free eighth was dry, smelled a little like old lawn clippings and not much else and failed to do much to me. It was also short by almost a gram. I've never gotten anything this low grade at one of these give aways, So I moved on to the bud I paid for, one smelled like it did in the jar but when smoked, tasted like burnt popcorn and gave me a headache, the other smelled like the freebie and medicated about the same, which is to say, it didn't really do much. One was over by .2 one was under by .2. All in all, this was a waste of time and money and amount to nothing more than a really comical cultural experience that ended in feeling ripped off and having to go back out to a non $30 cap to get something that would help with the headache and disappointment I'd gotten from this place.

I've been a member here for 4 or 5 years and will continue to come here for some things but just can't make it my one stop shop. The staff and pricing are great, especially the edibles,hard to beat their selection and prices. Everyone is always friendly and they really are trying to please their customers. But they do lose points on bud quality out of loyalty and appreciation for the great service I've waited a really long time to write this, hoping it would just be a passing thing. For several months now I've found the bud to be under flushed and under cured and about half the time, just a little too moist and with that the slight flavor of mold, in both the $30 and $35 range, at that price there is no reason for me to buy any of the cheaper stuff. Honestly, I just can't continue to smoke this stuff unless something changes. I'd rather pay a little more for something properly flushed, cured and clean. Depending on where and how they get their medication, they may have little to no say or control over this? I'll continue to come here for edibles and the occasional concentrates, but it's mostly about the flower for me, so I'm kinda bummed to have to write this. I really do like these folks and want to see them around for many more years. In all honesty, I also had to take a star off for accessibility, the parking situation can be problematic, though I'm not really sure anything can be done about that. It's easy enough to park down the block or around the corner if I have to, but like most people I'm kinda lazy and would rather park as close as possible. I took a star off the price section because no matter how cheap it is wet, uncured and unflushed, harsh tasting and smoking meds aren't a great bargain. No offense meant towards anyone here, no childish insults or claims of being shorted, just some honest views about something I've noticed over a significant period of time. If these things changed, this place would be my one stop shop.

Stopped by the other day as a first time patient and was not disappointed. Very clean and professional staff at the front desk and in the bud room. The paperwork was quick and easy. The bud room was well set up for handling patients, all the bud I examined looked and smelled great! They had a great selection of edibles and best of all, I had a coupon out of culture for a BOGO on any 1/8th. So for $30 I got two different 1/8ths and a free T-shirt. Both of the 1/8ths are pretty surprising and impressive for the price, I'll definitely be coming back and if you haven't been here before, I totally recommend it and get your hands on that coupon so you get hooked up.

Stopped by today for the first time and haven't been this stoked with a first visit anywhere in a long time! Art the budtender was a genuinely nice and helpful guy. The shop was clean and orderly and a nice change from the kind of generic look you see at a lot of places i.e. green walls and the requisite Bob Marly or Rasta themed posters. I'd seen people mention the Egyptian them before but it really is pretty cool to see in person. Several jars of dank and tasty looking buds on the counter, not a single complaint there. Some cool glass and accessories that I will probably have to come back, just for the bubbler I was checking out. And to top it all off, got a free pen vaporizer for an FTP gift. All in all, I like Art, he seems like the kind of guy I like doing business with, I like the shop and it's unique look and feel, I love the quality of the flowers and I will definitely come back when I'm in the valley. I think I was supposed to get a free clone too, but I didn't see any clones in there or I probably would have remembered. I'll bring it up next time I'm in there, which will probably be soon. Thanks Art, you and your shop set the example more shops should rise to.
