I been ordering weekly from this location an the 1'on creig my rewards are not adding up so I talked to another manager an he gave me 15 percent off my next order I called back a week later an got a rude an disrespectful manger name taylor he told me he wasn't going to honor it nor honor my rewards an told me I'm already getting a good deal an if I didn't like it I can take my business elsewhere now that's the way you talk to a senior citizen ording weekly spending from $60 to a $100 WOW so sad but wait I forgot devin he new about the discount an my rewards but got amnesia so I cancelled the order/ delivery an went to the Craig location or the Blue diamond location the female manager is outstanding I forgot her name but I guess I'll go were I'm LOVE 💕 at SAGE dispensary the manager CHRIS is outstanding PEACE be with ME and the 🌎🙏🙏🙏

I went there today 2/1/20at 3pm i got 2 free tacos because i brought 2 8th i requested from the employee a spanish guy with a cap on he gave me the wrong bags i did not request a hybrid i wanted a indica?i felt this guy got mad because i expressed that i gotta go to LA to get my medication an he was on so hater i hate LA 💩that he purposely gave me the wrong medicine?? So there service is WACK they do not listen to the paying customer and they give you what they want you to have the cheaper deals very horrible and misleading

Me an my son went here for the 1 st time when i went in the black guy at the front was rude i asked him about the rewards program he told us to go to the back an get the information i went in the back i asked the black guy in the back he throw this little card an said read it but he was pushing this nasty candy bar i spent $90 very bad service he did not let me no about specials or deals !! I went back again the pregnant lady was awesome she took out her time to show me how to get on the rewards program i went into the back same rude black man he did not tell me about the specials he was acting like he rude talking about other patients that left ! He was very not professional i think i will not return there i think his false teeth were to tight he was just mean
