They have two different pictures outlining an ounce special, however they do not honor the stated special on Weedmaps. The ounce special stated online was 5 free pre rolls with the purchase of an ounce at a value of $110 or more.

Who operates a dispensary with broken ATM machines and doesn’t communicate that to customers. The one in the lobby states the other one works when it doesn’t.

I placed an online order for pick up. I know the store is going through a rebranding if you will and changing the name but the sign on Michigan Ave still says Joyology when indeed it is Holistic Health. Thats not the issue. The order I placed after indicating that the store received my order was in fact never even fulfilled. They couldn't locate my name or order and I was then required to go inside and redo it with no compensation. I was under the gun for time and didn't want to go inside. I was looking for convenience and found it more work than it was worth.

Placed an order with Plan B today for the first time. The online ordering experience was easy and smooth. The pickup process was decent at best...the bud tender was extremely nice, however I have placed pick up orders at several other dispensaries and all of which provide much better security for their customers. The very frustrating and mind blowing problem was they gave me the wrong item. I ordered GG#4 shatter and was given dirty zprite. Yes, I could have checked my order and should have but your placing an online order in which they tell you when your order is ready. Therefore, they have all the time to ensure your order is not only ready but correct. And yes, one would say just drive back and get it corrected but I was in the area and based on the great reviews I thought I would give them a try. While I live in Southeastern, MI Plan B is out of my way.
