I came in today to purchase some products and I had the best experience, I was treated like royalty, as soon as I walked in I was greeted with a wonderful welcome and smile from Jovanie and felt right at home , I had the pleasure of meeting two amazing trulieve technicians , Sam. P and George , who assisted me and gave me great advice on trugels , rosin , capsules and tru power . I can honestly say that my pet peeve is bad customer service it’s everywhere except at Trulieve, and especially the Deerfield location, management (Jovanie rocks) I salute you for the amazing work you are doing with your team , you are killing it in this industry, keep up the good work and thank you for all you do .
