Get to know the owner!
Seriously, the owner is there, in the shop all the time. Very nice and approachable. I have been to almost every one of these "new industry" companies in and around Detroit and never have I met an owner or real manager at any of them. At Green Geenie Lou is there to hear from you and meet you and is the only owner I have met at any of these shops. Nice guy too.
