customer service was just mediocre at best and the layout of the store wasnt amazing, but I know what I'm doing and what to look for and quite frankly the product selection and prices were spot on. they could step up their game in the customer service dept and this place would be fantastic

The shop is beautiful and the whole speakeasy/underground type check in is very fun and creative. the problem was, once I was inside the staff felt more engaged with each other than the customers and the products were overloaded into the shelves which is confusing and overwhelming as a customer the first time in. for how much money is in the design of this place, they really could have laid out the retail area better. purchased their house prerolls which were a bit on the pricey side but they did smoke quite well so I'm not bummed, but as they are an in house product, this shop really missed an opportunity to have this be a great deal of a product. this place is worth checking out, but not for me.

I was here a couple months ago, didnt end up making a purchase and was still totally impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the staff here. had to check my pocket knife on the way in and totally forgot about it when I left. came back the next day and guys in the front knew exactly who I was and were expecting me. products and prices are spot on, just wasnt what I was looking for that day. go see these guys, they are a step above the rest
