Always have my order ready for pickup very quickly. Only problem is that sometimes they don't pay attention to the order. I ordered 2 cartridges and received 1. Other than that, the bud tenders are very friendly, polite and very helpful with explanation of terpenes in the products, which is very helpful. Prices are great also.
