I placed my order online. I traveled from Grand Rapids. When arriving, security was very friendly and attentive to the room as you’d hope. The front desk attendant was quick and efficient, and immediately after checking me in was able to get a budtender to help me. Christopher was nice, checked me out quickly, and also provided a free .5G MKX cart as my first time gift. I will definitely be back due to the diligence and efficiency with the online ordering system, and how friendly the staff are. I would recommend visiting Jars.

Confirmed they had platinum vapes on their menu as it had been updated 35 minutes before I left for my 1hr+ ONE WAY drive. Got there for the budtender to tell me they’re completely out and had been all morning. Left unsatisfied and upset about my pointless drive all the way out here. Told they had a big party this Friday but they barely had any medical product so it’s obvious this dispo has already begun to favor rec, but definitely won’t be attending due to the lack of diligence when updating your menu. Still today the platinum vapes sit on the menu and in the deals tab at 4/100, when I was told they were out of stock. Not sure if I’ll return, but hope that someone can spend more time on the menu for those who choose to travel further to visit you.

You need to visit The Refinery. Whether you’re a fan of flower, concentrates, or carts...they literally have an incredible selection of HIGH QUALITY products. They literally won’t put a product on their shelf that doesn’t meet their standard of quality, which in my opinion speaks volumes. The Apple Fritter I grabbed the other day was insane. And the house concentrates I’ve had in the past are some of the best licensed concentrates at the price. Definitely check them out and you won’t regret it.

I’ve spent a good chunk of money at Skymint. I’ve participated in all special events including your grand opening, B1g1 free sale, and even the Covid19 mess that happened last weekend. I’ve regularly bought OK quality concentrates from here. However, it seems since the curb side pickup (and maybe even RIGHT before), the quality in concentrates has gone WAY down. Not only from the overall look, but the taste and effects as well. The prices are still $40/g which is absolutely ridiculous for the quality being offered. The most recent 5gs of wax I bought, during the curbside pickup program, were dark, harsh, and instantly turned my nail BLACK. I would not recommend purchasing concentrates at Skymint until they’ve fixed their quality issue and enacted some type of quality control. If the prices aren’t going to fluctuate with the quality of concentrates you’re putting out, and you’re going to continue to charge me $40/g for product I can’t even see prior to buying, I will not be returning. 👎

I can’t say enough good things about The Refinery. I continue to come back and I’ve yet to be unimpressed. Their house flower and concentrates are high, high quality. I recommend giving them a try if you haven’t yet as I know you won’t be disappointed. I’m excited for your guys re-opening after all of this coronavirus BS is over. With the crazy amount of shops opening up in West Michigan as of late I’ve been skeptical of going and trying them all. Especially considering most shops just carry the same state tested product without any type of unique addition/their own products. The Refinery is different than other shops and actually offers their own STATE TESTED house products. And if I must say so myself...they are FIRE. Upon arriving I was greeted by a nice gentleman who quickly checked me in. Once the budtender was available, she came out and was instantly super friendly and personable. She gathered what I was coming in for, what I usually look for in my medicine, and educated me a little on the shop. I wound up spending a few hundred dollars with no regrets. The terps on the concentrates slap and the overall effects were very pleasing. I am excited to see what The Refinery continues to offer. I will gladly continue to come from GR even with the shops opening in my area. Thank you again & see you soon!
