Placed an order online for delivery and wasted 5hours waiting for nothing. The delivery driver called at 6:19pm and gave an ETA of 90min and informed me that I’d have to come out to get my order, cool! I told him then that I was at a HOTEL and that I’d come out the side door to meet him, he said fine! 8pm rolls around - nothing! So I called ans was told my order was in transit and would be to me soon, cool!! It is now almost 10:30. Called back and THIS is when they decide to inform me that they don’t deliver to hotels, TF.?! And they JUST canceled the order as I’m typing this review. The ppl are nice but the service and attention to detail is trash! I just wasted my entire first night in Vegas waiting for absolutely nothing, thanks guys!!
