NOT HAPPY.!!!! This place used to be great. Then they re-priced everything. Don’t shop here. They make it up as they go now. I was told I’d get a 40% discount. $52 minus 40% is $31 and change……I was told my total would be $64. TF?!?? $33 in taxes????? Somebody needs to take a math class. Wasted gas driving from Ventura. I won’t be back…..ever. There are much better shops in Oxnard. Avoid this one!!

I live in Ventura and have only been twice. I love this place. Staff is super friendly and more importantly, knowledgeable. Their line up is solid. If you’re in the area or just rolling through, stop by, you won’t be disappointed.

Most over priced in the county
I don't know how much coin I have dropped here over the years. I'd like to think, me being a loyal customer would count for something. After shopping around, I found Wheelhouse to be the most expensive menu in the area. When is enough, enough???? 64 is a joke. Lets go back to prop 215 where I'm not getting bent over the barrel every time time I go in. I am a true medical patient. These pets are in it for the money. There's no compassion

Ventura, CaliforniaIt really stings to hear this from someone who's been coming in for years - your loyalty means a lot more to us than any single receipt. We hear you on price, and the last thing we want is you feeling taken advantage of on your way out the door. Here's something that might help: Customer Appreciation Day runs the 1st and 15th of every month at 30% off storewide - including tomorrow - plus we've got daily deals with up to 30% off selected brands. Come in tomorrow and let us remind you why you kept coming back. We'd love the chance to earn your trust again.
