A little harsh, taste a little stale. I wouldn’t buy it again

The old guy who was working the front desk was checking me in, some guy walks in after me. The worker who was taking my info. Stops helping me and start helping the guy behind me. Then goes and tell me my order is ready for pick up, which was a lie. He follows the guy who was behind me, in to the back room for 5 min to grab my order which he told me it was ready for pick up. Which it wasn’t ready. As the old guy was in the back. My order comes through the window, after 5 mins. The old guy who works the front come out from the back room. And then bags up my order which he told me it was ready after he stop helping to help the guy who walks in a min after I was already in the store. He didn’t apologized or let me know why the guy who walked after me was so important where he stopped helping, I thought these places are first come first served, I guess not at this location. I wouldn’t go back to this Woodland location is it was the only one. ZERO STAR if it was an option.
