So how do you use your rewards points?
There is no where on your website that shows how many points we have. But the workers can see and I was told I have over 1,000 points but im still not able to use them?? So whats the purpose of them?

Bring back your Rewards Points
The products are fine and the staff are friendly, but ever since you "switched" to a new system you dont allow us to use Reward Points we previously had even though you said we would be able to. Everytime I ask all the staff can say are "we're still getting them moved to the new system". Its been almost 2months, no type of data transfer takes 2months to complete. So please just tell us the rewards are gone (would've been nice to give us a heads up back in December so we could spend them) or actually fix the new system.

Normal Dispensary with a Normal Selection
So yeah dont let all these 5star reviews trick you, those are all fake accounts. But this isnt a bad shop, the workers are cool, weed is good and location is fine. But really Stiizy, chill with these fake reviews or at least get someone to do it better and make the accounts look real.

Cool Shop, worth the Visit
Flight is a cool lil spot in Long Beach, Products are easy to view and every worker ive encountered was always helpful. Their parking lot sucks, thats not their fault though. Its got potholes and busted cement so careful if you got some nice rims. Their Happy Hour deal also cant be beat, really helps lower the price.

Not what it used to be
New owners (i think) and a new name, no longer the Connected that it once was. No longer do any deals and have just some average flower. All the "top shelf" has been sitting in the shop for at least 6months not moving. Workers are still cool, but who knows how long until they get replaced.
Catalyst Cannabis Dispensary Bellflower
Bellflower, CaliforniaNew name, same owners and management! The reason why you don't SEE any % deals off anymore is because we have absorbed 25-30% off of the Market Retail Price, so you're getting those prices ALL DAY, EVERY DAY. No more coming in specific days to pick up your favorite products for a smaller percentage off. No more rearranging your day for those "happy hours". Isn't that awesome?!?!?? We also have tons of brand specific promotions when you come in. :) Try online ordering! We offer 5% off when you order through our website. An perfect way to shave a little bit more to the already great EVERYDAY LOW PRICES we have at Catalyst!!! :)

Amazing Smoke for an Amazing Value
7grams of some killer outdoor buds for a price you cannot beat. Love the smell and taste of the Hashberry, great smoke for an afternoon. Highly recommend.

Easy to Find
Really easy to find shop, no issues at all with parking. Prices are higher than other shops but the menu does include tax which is nice. Its not my first stop, but if im ever in the area and need something i tend to come by.

Nice lil shop
Pretty cool spot, parking is not great at all but its also not hard to find a spot, you may just have to walk around the block. Inside its clean, i would just bring cash as there is no ATM or card processing services. Selection isnt bad, you have the usual brands you'll see across the area. All the workers are pretty laid back and offer some good suggestions. The one downside is their rewards system, it is not at all customer friendly. 1point equals out to ever $100 spent, so if someone wanted to save up for a "free" $30 eighth they would need to first spend $3,000. This is one reason i do not like coming here.

Long Beach, CaliforniaHey Freddy, I wanted to respond to clarify some things. We do have an ATM on site and we do take card. We had a week leading up to Christmas were our card reader was not working, but the ATM has been on site for over a month now. The rewards system is 1 point for every dollar spent, and 1 point equals .01, essentially a 1% cash back system. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to call and ask for a manager. Again, thank you for the review and Happy New Year.
