My experience with this place was top notch! My first time in everyone was so pleasant and informative. I don’t own a Mercedes but I imagine it feels like this shopping for one. There is a small wait time but it’s because they give you that one on one experience, I don’t mind a lil wait if that’s the case. Also one of my cartilages wasn’t working for me. I called the customer line and they instructed me to go back to the store. I was sure they were gonna brush me off but to my surprise they were very accommodating! Got me fixed up and then I was off. I usually don’t even write reviews but credit was due here for there customer service.
