Fast, friendly, cheap!

Harold, the manager, made a disabled person come in to return a delivery order when the error in the order was their mistake. Not the first time I've been annoyed by the bad customer service here.

I've had some non stellar experiences here before. Sometimes it's too loud for this Med patient. Today, helping me by phone, Tori was awesome. It wasn't too loud today, thankfully. Life has been pummeling me. I was glad the loud tvs were off last cpl times I came. I miss med only places. As a tbi/ migraine patient, lots of stimulation/noise is hard. Don't like getting meds to be unpleasant but I understand the need to expand, financially. Just don't like the club atmosphere of some Rec. places.
