I’ve been a member since you guys opened and 90% of the time I have a quality experience... however this is the 2nd visit in a row that my bud tender has been terrible. My last visit my tender was so dizzy I had to walk her through my purchase(which was only flower and concentrate) but this time was worse... you guys made strict rules to call ahead and know your order so I did that & upon arrival she tells me you don’t have my concentrate so pick another,then you guys don’t have the flower I ordered!No sorry about that no nothing just slams a jar of banana OG down an says this is all I have. I can see the other jars by nug but she grabs the kings garden & I have to tell her no not those ones...meanwhile carrying a stiizy cart I never ordered... so I settle for two things I didn’t order then she tried to charge me full price & doesn’t apply any of my discounts it was a hassle from start to finish.

thank you guys for providing an amazing experience...Kevin was very helpful & rest of staff as well made us feel very comfortable!! the facility is what I hope more storefronts will strive to be! so clean! open! & beautiful medicine thank you guys for the topicals for Melissas gma we will let you know how she likes...most def will be back to visit again!!! no better place than this in OC.

I was in an grabbed an oz of prepacked shatter the killa og & bruce lee...bummed to find out when I get home (which is a 50mi drive) that im 5grams short...I don't expect to be reimbursed I just thought some1 should know. thanks for reading.

I had to post this...I come in once or twice a week 60 mi from NewportBeach & I usually donate $750-1000$ each visit... Everybody in the shop knows me. I enjoy the atmosphere & most importantly the COMPASSION shown to me by my favorite people like Bryan,Perri etc...but my last few visits I have not seen them?Come to find out they have been replaced?Why would you replace 2 of your most knowledgable tenders with Eye candy than can only seem to weigh out grams of flower? Now I come in & the Pretty Girl Cant Help Me!!! i get referred to some! else that doesnt get my order correct? (even though it was double checked) supposedly? by me in my car & for the first time had to rerturn in the club to complete my order...So basically from an important member of the collective I would like to say i thought Apothecary was striving to be an elite club?? Now im starting to think you only strive to be like GRATEFUL MEDS another greedy club that has lost sight of its Patients OVER Profit Thank You for Reading

This is not a negative review...I appreciate that you guys offer some concentrates at a donation that a patient can afford all this "Hash Hype" causing 70$ grams is lame... (besides the point) I travel 120mi round trip to come to Apothecary for my medication,since $ is tight I donate for 7grams of gold coast trim run 25$ a gram is amazing! so its about 200$ trip with gas n stuff...which is cool except for when I arrive and your menu says you have 4 avail flavors & I place my order & you say sorry were out!! So I left with no medicine...having an anxiety attack...I was hoping maybe to be compensated with something else? I know the club would lose a little $ but?? im checking your menu now & it still says its available?!?! Please maybe take things like that into account when patients like me travel to you when there are 100000000 clubs in between Thank You.
