I had tried to use the app to set up a pick up, but will not work for several hours. I tried it with and without WiFi. I restarted my phone and checked the App Store. So upon arrival I state that it’s not working and the response is “weird, tell them inside” even though she’s the pick up person and when I go inside I get the same response and not a single test of the system on their end to see if it was working or not??? WTF!!! How hard is that? Zero effort to check if it’s a problem! Zero effort to make me feel better about it let alone resolve it. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!!

I used to consider this the best place in town! Now you go in there and they do not have any terpene profiles so you can figure out what strain is right for you. In turn your at the mercy of the budtender and sure enough the 2 stains there pushing is what is suggested and no terpene profile available ANYWHERE!!!! I feel like I'm at the dr. and he's pushing the prescriptions that benefit them not you! I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Have typically had good experiences here, but tonight I drove almost 20 miles across town for sour diesel shatter as advertised on this app. I arrive to be told that it's crumble and there is no shatter, followed by a blank stare. Now, I understand running out of products and even mistakes in the posts from time to time. When those things occur you expect the staff to be attentive to yours and the needs of others. Such as, sorry about that, that's an error, where is it listed so we can change it to be accurate for the next person.....???? Nope. Just an "we don't, it's not", I need to see your id. Really?! You'd be surprised what a little empathetic "sorry about that" will take you from having to post this review from a great disappointment from what seemed to be a top notch operation. Oh well, plenty of competition around. Goodbye

I've been here a couple times and they have several items that can't be found at other dispensaries. Also on my first visit everything was 30% off and they have these every so often I'm told, which is rad! I'll be back for sure! I recommend you check them out.
