I’ve been a few times before and service was always ok but in the beginning my allotment was being screwed with. The rewards and service slowly declined. They don’t care about their customers, it’s about how fast they can get someone in and out the door. I haven’t been in quite sometime, maybe a year. Staff was extremely rude, telling another customer; “sorry we have all these new people in today”, speaking directly about me. I wasn’t even there 10 min. The budtender was extremely condescending and arrogant acting when I asked a few simple questions. I opened the concentrate to find half off it was spilled in to the box and container. RESPONSE: I was told that it cannot be returned after opening but manager told me other wise. Not sure what’s going on there… wait times are dumb long, the average is like 20 min. Safe to say I will NEVER be back. So many better places around. They tried telling me this review is irrelevant because it was from months ago. Lol y’all still haven’t changed…

Nirvana has the best deals around and the budtenders really know their stuff. always comfy while I'm there and happy when I leave

I got my card a few months back and Nirvana opened shortly before that. At first, the deals were ok but the staff is amazing and a very large variety of products. In the past few weeks Nirvana has even boosted all of its deals greatly! I use to visit multiple different dispensaries to find quality/deals. Not anymore.. Nirvana has it all. Never a dissapointment and I always leave with a smile on my face. By the way, I've never waited longer than 5-10 min.
