I placed a same day delivery order this morning at 11am with a confirmation email. After the email I received no text, call or email alert from the driver with my delivery. After contacting Trulieve, the customer support responded by telling me that if the driver has not contacted me, they will deliver tomorrow. I was never reached out to about the delay or explained what happened, just bad excuses about being busy so the delivery wasn’t filled… Won’t be using this service again.
