Amazing customer service. There was a weight/pricing discrepancy in their system and what was listed on Weedmaps, Vanessa took care of everything and I will keep coming back just because it was handled so well. Thank you!

I placed my order here on Weedmaps. It was $68 total. When I arrived, I was told they were out of the strain I requested. I picked another strain from the same “$50 oz” and was told the price was $1 more ($69). When I asked why it wasn’t the same price as Weedmaps, she told me “because the taxes changed” which sounds shady. Why wouldn’t you adjust the prices online immediately if that were the case? And the new tax increase is exactly $1? Sounds like she just wanted to finesse a tip. Won’t come back here because of this. Yes it’s only $1, but that’s not the point. If the price is the price, make sure it’s communicated clearly to your customer. Not AFTER the fact.
