I went in to purchase some flower to relieve my pain from previously broken ankles. I was told how good their outside grown, pre-bagged flower was so I purchased them. When I got home and open the bag, I discovered that it was dried out, not good for pain at all, and the testing date was back in 2024. I suggest if you want good flower do not shop here. I will not be back.

I used to come here on an every other day basis. Lately, their flower quality has gone down, the prices have gone up, and lately you can find a better deal other places. I really miss the way they used to do things before they’ve changed to new suppliers from my understanding. I just walked out of there empty-handed for the first time ever and was told that. They won’t be getting any new flower in till next week. I probably just won’t be back because I can find new places in that time.

I went in last night and was amazed by the amazing atmosphere, helpful budtenders, and the variety of flower. All of the flower smelled amazing and was equally as amazing when smoked for pain relief. I look forward to going back.

I went in to get a $20 eighth and was told that they were all out but they had $10 eighths. So I pick out two of them and got home only to find out that the budtender didn’t even put the flower into one of the green containers that he gave me. I don’t live close to there in the first place but now I get to drive back down there to pick up the flower. I will pick up the flower tomorrow and never be back. If you want to save yourself time, gas, and aggravation chose another dispensary other than here. One suggestion that I do have for them, is that they need to update the Weedmaps because it shows that they have $20 eighths

Great budtenders, great flower, great prices, great deals.

The bud tenders are very knowledgeable about the flower and helped me find the flower that would help me with poop aim relearn.

I stopped in the store today and purchased 6 grams of flour which should have equaled $60. When the bud tender weighed it out she weighed out 6.1 and proceeded to cash me out. When she cashed me out she asked me for a $61 and some change. I asked her if they still figured in taxes and she said yes taxes were still figured in but it way down to 6.1 so I had to pay for the extra even though I didn’t ask for the extra. Why should I pay extra when the bud tender wasn’t accurate with weighing it. It is not my problem that she did not weigh correctly and put more in than I asked for. Over the last year, the customer service has gone downhill quite a bit to the point where some of their bud tenders look and act high while working. Hell one bud tender could barely keep his eyes open. Oh well, I will never be back....... not to use my points......not to use my bingo cards.......never. I’m done with your stores. There is plenty more stores to shop at that has just as good or better flower. After reading your reply, I bet you are sorry that you lost my business. I spent over $9000 there last year. That is now $9000 into another dispensary.

Their supply always seems to be low. For example, I wanted to purchase a couple of 1/4’s of Flow but was told they only had it prepackaged in larger amounts but that they had it at another store across the city. Why drive across the city when I can drive down the street to another good dispensary (they just aren’t open as late). Also, I stood in front of the register for about 10 minutes before paying even though the bud tenders had already pulled what I wanted to purchase. They looked at me standing there and started helping other customers.

Tonight I went in and bought 3 grams and a preroll. When I got home my grams were in the bag but the preroll wasn’t. I called them up to see if it got left behind and I was told that yes it was there and “that it just didn’t make it into the bag.” I ended up having to drive back to the store to pick it up.
