I see an occasional review were people complain about the prices. We all know what the price is, going in. It’s not a secret. And the prices are literally within two dollars of any competitor, per eight. I have checked. The quality of flower is better than the competitors. I have checked. Exclusive has more varieties of flower and an equal amount of cartridges as their competitors. Certain brands of carts are impossible for anyone to keep in stock right now, consistently. I still have a “guy”. But he can’t keep the stock that Exclusive does. He isn’t open 9-9, seven days a week. He didn’t put up a tent with heaters. He didn’t buy a load of pylons and convert to curb service to continue to serve his customers, safely. Come on people, cut these guys some slack. The long lines are indicative that they are the best game in town. In the county, in the region! Exclusive is the best. Hands down.

I called and placed an order in the morning. I called back about 15 minutes later and added to the order. I spoke to the same person both times. I will leave her name out of it. She knew who I was and that I was already registered and that I lived an hour and 45 minutes away. I told her exactly what time I would be there and we agreed that my order was placed and would be waiting for me. I got there at 6:30 as promised and they had no recollection of my order. They didn’t even have the things that I ordered, even though the lady I spoke with said they did AND they were on their menu when I placed my order. Then a guy comes out to my car and talks down to me. First he asked why I wanted the product that I ordered, as if I was stupid. Then he asked if I was at the correct place. I told him who I spoke with so that settled that . Then he told me to go to another place in town and to be sure and come back. You deserve to fail.

With all due respect to the complainers about prices, where you stand on something, depends on where you sit. I have been a consumer for several decades and I have never seen top quality products like Exclusive offers, on the street. Sure, every so often someone came up with something unusually good. But nothing like what you can walk in and buy today. And all of the varieties! And keep in mind that the state is new to this game and it’s a supply and demand issue. And that this is a business. They have employees to pay, all of the overhead costs that any business has. I drive a long way to go to Exclusive and along my route I am within 15 miles of at least four other dispensaries along my way. I have tried them all, once. I don’t even bother anymore. I go to Exclusive, exclusively! Some people like cheap beer. Some people like high end alcohol. I absolutely love the products that I can now walk in and buy legally. The products that I just couldn’t find anywhere before. I am willing to pay for that. I like quality.
