Worst customer service ever!! I was asking for a suggestion on a pen she seemed so bothered when I asked how much . Which btw the pen was $10 more than down the street. Then asked for a suggestion on pre rolls she looked like I was speaking Russian . Nothing worst than crappy customer service when you work at the bud store, aka happiest place on earth. I then went to another dispensary and told them and 2 patients in there lobby said they also were one and done here! Do better! If you hate your job get a new one!

Yesterday was my first time on the rec side . Manager with long brown hair…. super rude. She talks to employees crazy . She is super demanding . One employee was helping a customer just fine and she tells the other girl “ go help her right now” You can see the frustration in the girls face . Then I have a med card but wanted to shop rec side and I didn’t know I got a discount . The bud tender was telling me and she interrupts . She asked 3 different times if she verified my med card. I was like YES NUMEROUS TIMES!! Weed stores should be the happiest place on earth. Not to see employees get talked to crazy or a manager on a power trip! I’ll go down the street for actual customer service !

I called shortly before closing to see if they had pre rolls . Gentleman that answered was awesome. I had called a few other dispos before him and they were rude . Not here , he was friendly and helpful. Fast forward to me arriving . Guy at the counter awesome ! Friendly and not bothered at all that I was there right before closing. He explained they need my form from the medical website . I stepped aside to get it and told him to take care of the jerks behind me . They were rude and questioning policies . I even chimed in at one point to be like bruh this is policy. I go back get my pre rolls gentleman was awesome and I left . Jerks still at the counter complaining, I would have told them to just leave. Long story short you don’t find good customer service anymore in any industry , this world is pretty ugly . But these 2 guys tonight made a difference and were awesome ! Thank you for taking care of me last minute, for having Twax in stock , and for not letting 2 jerks get to you !

We came down for the $49 oz. This literally looked like what was swept up from the grow room. So many stems & small buds, I don’t know how you can actually sell this. Actually I don’t know how people buy this! I decided on the $110 oz cause that looked somewhat good. I tried smoking it and it tastes horrible! Like chemicals. Husband splurged for joints and those taste the same, terrible! I had the pleasure of working with Terrell. Well Terrell was having a bad day or he is in the wrong industry . From the minute I walked up he acted inconvenienced. Never asked what we liked, different strands, or even made suggestions. He was sick & was coughing and sneezing all over. Some of us depend on marijuana as medication, now he’s sneezing & coughing all over it! He coughs in his hand and uses that same hand to show me a glass pipe. This was our first and last time here . I wish there was a money back guarantee cause now I’m stuck with this chemical weed, probably gonna get Covid or the flu from Terrell coughing and sneezing over everything . Out of money, gas and time. The worst part is if your employees are gonna still come to work sick at least wear a mask or some damn gloves !!

I have been a member for a few years and will not go elsewhere . Budtender Vince was awesome talking to me about new strand and making sure stems were not in my order. He was a pleasure to talk with , we have family from the same area. Manager Sam knows how much I love Chucky’s and always has staff call me when it comes in. Chucky’s hands down is one of the best strains I have had especially if you have anxiety. Thank you Altitude I am always taken care of ❤️

I have been a member for years and as much as I try other dispensaries no other one compares and this weekend was a perfect example . I came in greeted by Ryan and he said if I ever need them to print a new red card for me to just let them know. I said go ahead since this one was getting rough. He printed a new one and helped me set up my new password . We then went to the back and he gave me his feed back on the different strains . I love an honest budtender ! I went with his recommendations and I wasn’t disappointed! He made sure my buds weren’t full of stems in fact when he came across one he trimmed it off . Weekend before I had a new chic and she just dumped from the jar and I hate that cause you are paying for stems! Ryan knows what he is talking about and I love excellent customer service ! Thank you Ryan I will ask for you every time I come to this location ;)

Ok first the bad... customer service is horrible . There is one particular manager that is so rude. She’s rude when she answers the phone, rude when you come in, and just rude all around . I’m not sure how she is a manager . The staff is unprofessional, the past few times I came in they were standing around the front desk ( like 6 to 8 people deep) and just cursing and gossiping.I’m big in customer service and this was extremely tacky! Now the good, flower is awesome. But only that top shelf , although prices are a lot higher still good. You could go down to Altitude and get an oz for $100 and just as good. There edibles and cartridge selection is awesome ! Great prices on those . And finally there preroll are bomb! Worth the price . Some are smaller than others but still worth it ! Summer is my favorite . She always is upbeat and treats me awesome . I like to pick her brain on what to smoke and she never leads me wrong !

I just renewed another contract with altitude. I like all three locations but this is my hands down favorite. Quinton is my favorite but tender. They are all great but Quinton gives the best compliments LOL. the bud is always excellent quality and they have one Shelf not like these other stores that have Silver Platinum and gold and it's basically all the same quality. I have never been disappointed with altitude my favorite is the 5 pack of pre-rolls. thank you Quinton and staff keep up the excellent work

I am not understanding the negative reviews. I have been coming here for 6 months. I have tried numerous different stores and they do not have half the bud quality that this place does. weather altitude has one strain or 50 it's ALWAYS fire! I much rather go to a place that has fewer selection then numerous wack ones. also altitude doesn't have the different shelf prices like other places which is a bonus to me. I hate paying for platinum prices for wack weed. Anna is my favorite bud tender cause she always gives me excellent recommendations and I'm never dissatisfied. thank you altitude keep doing the damn thing!!!!
