I’ve been coming here since the high season days and customer service and knowledge was always on point. My last two visits however felt like I was back in a trap shop. I came in 11/2 at 1130a and Erik had nothing for me. No enthusiasm. No cannabis knowledge. No sense of the purchase I was wanting to make. I walked out with the bare minimum. It made the drive a waste of time. For reference I live in Manhattan beach. This was my go to shop for ambiance, customer service and cannabis knowledge and now it’s lacking. Sad day.

Only got a free 4$ pre roll for spending 120. No other discount or offers for ftp despite the deals saying 35% off. Probably best to stock up before coming in to Palm Springs.

I was hopeful in finding what I came in for. Two full gram live resin, some edible, some flower. They only had one strain left and had two of that strain. I asked for the difference in solventless and live resin since they both have a deal. Giselle. Oh man Giselle. She whispered. The way they were extracted. I leaned in and she repeated herself. So I ask. Have you tried them? She says No. Ok. Let’s just stick to the 2 you have. How about edibles. Shows me we’re they are. I ask about ones in a tin and she responds they’re edibles. Ok? what kind. She says it doesn’t so they must be hybrid. Have you tried them? No. So I say ok and ask about another kind. Some mochi kind. Once again she didn’t know. I asked if she’d tried any and she proceeds to tell me what’s new. She has zero knowledge. Zero experience with product and no interest in actually helping me find anything. By then this was over. I told her I’d stick to the 2 pods. She takes them and walks to register. Then she whispers again. I say excuse me. She whispers one more time and I just can’t. It was my total. She was whispering my total. I got my change. Asked her name and left. Wouldn’t recommend.

Trying to cut back on smoking so much flower so I came in looking to switch to a Stiiizy or something along the lines of a pen. Yue was superb. Her reviews of each brand they carry were entertaining and crazy informative. I had a great time. I left with a plug and play grabbed a battery to go with and since it was customer appreciation day I got 25% off. Enjoyed my visit and would definitely recommend stopping in.

I’ve been coming in for their kiva Camino edibles and the traditional mini 5g. With their current deal it’s a definite win win. The mamba is my go to for the flower. Bud tenders are super chill and always very helpful. The vibes and look inside are perfect and you can take pictures!!

I’ve been looking for a new shop for sometime now and not only was the selection vast but the quantities were superb. Guard was very courteous. Wait time minimal. Gia was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about her opinions so I took her up on an ice cream strain. Definitely coming back.

They were out of my favorite strain. I really should’ve called first but we live and learn. Anyway after awhile of back and forth questions to answers he had a suggestion. Wonka from R.A.B. Third visit and the two I’ve had with blue were awesome. I don’t remember the female tender that second visit but she informed me of the points so that was cool. They had the strain that day so I was in and out with the quickness. Definitely recommend High Seasons.
