Took 6 hours to receive my full order because they messed up and forgot an item again then lied and said it was sent out 2 hours before it actually was

Waited over 2 hours for my order after I was told 30-60 mins instead of the 14 pack prerolls I received one wich had happened to me last week also when they told me they where sending my replacement lied to me an got later saying they sent it than after 2 more hours I call again and the here barley sending it I should not have been charged for what I didn’t receive until my replacement arrived extremely in professional I will not be ordering again
