I was not happy to wait more then 10 minutes for someone to even approach the drive thru window after calling multiple times. If there is only one person working they should be trained to take a moment to speak to the driver thru patient and give us options of waiting and explaining why and how long the wait will be. Apologies after review is pointless. Training needs to be provided on customer service. There was no excuse for that kind of poor service. If your elder patients are in the drive thru there’s a reason. I felt extremely disrespected. Do better.
