The drivers have consistently been great, and I want to make that clear because they are not the problem. The problem is management. I have been overcharged on at least three separate occasions that I personally caught, which makes me wonder how many I may not have noticed. Each time an issue is addressed, I’m told one thing, but by the next order it’s as if the previous conversation never happened. There seems to be no continuity, accountability, or reliable communication from management. At this point, the repeated billing issues have seriously damaged my trust in this store. Customers should not have to audit every order themselves to make sure they were charged correctly, nor should they have to repeatedly explain the same problem after management Again, the delivery drivers have been professional and excellent. Unfortunately, management’s inconsistency and apparent lack of follow through is ruining what could otherwise be a very good business.
