I stopped in today for the first time. I've never been on a dispensary before so I had some questions. I spoke with Caesar on the phone and he was very friendly and let me know what to expect. When I came in there was a quick form to fill out and they got me right back. The budtender who helped me went over the different things they carry and the strains that might help me.
