Called store and no one picked up to explain why

After ordering here for over a year and a half this company lost all my ID information and then requested that I give it to their new drivers.

This company pulls a bait and switch on Weedmaps customers. They offer items on weedmaps that are sold out on their own website, then when you place an order for the sold out items, they call you to try to get you to buy other items they're selling. After the 3rd time they did it to me, I realized it wasn't a coincidence

After my order was confirmed I contacted Rebud twice that evening to find out if the items would actually be delivered. On both calls they assured me it would be on its way shortly. Then I get an email at midnight from Weedmaps saying my order has been delivered and the order is now complete. Weedmaps had to directly contact them the next day to find out why they were providing inaccurate information. Not a good experience
