The customer service on defective items is by far the worst all because it still works and the girl called it annoying clicking because I told her it was getting annoying to me that I had just purchased the battery and the button on the top corners keeps getting locked. So because it still works in which they repeatedly said over and over to me they can not do anything sorry with an ugly smirk and snobby attitude. Wasting my money at this place and getting a snobby attitude like that is not it!!
