Plenty of parking and convenient location. Walked in and was greeted by a big smile at the window and we even joked about ledge not being big enough for purses. Even the patients that came in were super friendly just a great vibe all around. But I truly appreciative at how friendly my “doc” was when helping me. Receipt says Karis from 12/7 @ 6:57 but the card I grabbed says Kristie either way she was amazing and made me feel at ease. She actually asked questions to determine my needs and even helped with a question for my doggie‘s anxiety when getting into a car. Did I mention the amazing deal I got that day?? Meds were exactly what we talked about and helped wonderfully. In my Terminator voice.. “I’ll be back.”

Literally just left the doctor being approved & was already a follower on IG of yours so made sense to check you out. Once inside the guy at the window seemed irritated but maybe he was just tired so paid it no mind. Keep in mind I am a first time card user and brand new patient. Not once was I asked by the staff after learning that info if I needed help making a decision based on my needs or an explanation of how things worked. Simply told to complete the form & have a seat. Only knew offerings because I saw others looking at a paper so I figured that was what I needed to do as well. Get in the back & Todd J “helped” me. Almost an arrogant vibe with him. His questions weren’t tailored to my needs just building a package he felt I would like. With so many options why not help a first timer out? I even asked him about how could I look into working at a place like this, courses needed etc and was told “just keep trying.” Had to ask someone else how to exit. Next time I hope is better.
