The staff here were amazing. Their strains are grown by their own company so they are their own new strains, but the staff will get you something that works for you and it is still great quality. Glad to have a quality dispensary closer to me in the state.

This is by far the best dispensary I have been to in the state. The waiting area is huge and very comfortable. Very relaxed, calm, safe atmosphere. I've never had to wait more than a min or two even with several people in the waiting area. Remedy really knows what they're doing and they do it well. They also have some of the best product selection and they are always getting a constant new supply it seems each week. Only reason I can't rate them 5 stars across the board is that there are better prices elsewhere but I will still keep coming back to Remedy regardless.

They were one of the few dispensaries to answer phone calls. I believe I spoke with James on the phone and he was incredibly nice and helpful. The actually dispensary was very professional and comfortable. I was not super happy with the customer service provided, and I don't think the employee even introduced herself to me. Made me feel a little uncomfortable especially as a first timer. This company seems to be a chain of dispensaries with some dispensaries out west, and it shows that they really know what they're doing. They have had new flower regularly available and get more in even if they sell out of one specific strain. Prices are still not great across the board in all dispensaries. I expect to return and hope for a little better customer service in the future, but this is my favorite place so far.

The price here is a good bit higher than other dispensaries for the same exact product. The didn't have flower in when I went but I knew that ahead of time. Which brings me to the best thing about Kannavis, communication and customer service. They are super responsive and actually answer phone calls, and the agents/employees are super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Had a fantastic experience here, just wish they had competitive prices compared to elsewhere.

Dr Weng was incredibly nice in answering all my questions and listening to my long history of health concerns. Also spoke with Sid on several occasions and he is extremely helpful as well.
